- Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing performance metrics, and preparing monthly reports that provide actionable insights on social media effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Community Management: Engaging with our online community by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering a positive and interactive environment.
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, and product development to create campaigns that resonate with our audience and enhance overall brand messaging.
- Trend Awareness: Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in social media, ensuring our strategies remain ahead of the curve.
- Advertising Management: Overseeing social media advertising campaigns, optimizing budget allocations, and managing ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Brand Voice Development: Defining and maintaining our brand's voice and tone across all platforms to ensure consistency and authenticity in every message.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in the Social Media Manager position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
